The Laguna Beach Police Employees Association (LBPEA) is dedicated to representing and supporting the sworn and professional staff of the Laguna Beach Police Department.

Our mission is to advocate for fair compensation, benefits, and safe working conditions, promote professional growth through training and mentorship, strengthen community relations by engaging with members, provide financial and welfare support, and foster effective communication and collaboration between members and leadership.
